Deliverables

What lands on your desk.

Documents your team can work from — not a slide deck of observations. Everything is written in English or Danish, sourced, and yours to keep after the engagement ends.

Four document families. Most engagements produce two or three.

策

Sourcing strategy & screening

Built around your product category, volume requirements and risk tolerance, including screening of alternatives to reduce concentration risk.

The strategy document sets out which regions and factory profiles fit your product, which candidates were contacted, and which ones survived screening — with the reasoning written down rather than summarised in a meeting.

评

Evaluation & due diligence

Manufacturing capability, financial stability, compliance posture and reputational risk — assessed before you commit capital.

A capability report covers what the factory can actually produce at your volume, what its financial position looks like, and what turned up in compliance and reputational checks. Factory audits are coordinated and reported against the same structure every time.

险

Risk & investment advisory

A structured review before entering new supplier relationships or product categories — tariffs, restrictions, volatility, EU requirements.

The risk review maps exposure across tariffs, import restrictions, regulatory compatibility and market volatility for your specific category, and flags where legal counsel is needed rather than guessing at the answer.

行

Execution & representation

SinoNord acts as your dedicated point of contact in China — negotiations, supplier management, progress and quality reporting.

During execution you get structured reporting rather than ad hoc updates: what was agreed, what the factory committed to, what the QC check found, and where the order stands against the timeline.

Format

Every document follows the same structure.

So a report from month one can be compared with a report from month nine without re-reading both.

Finding

What was observed, with the source named — supplier data, audit note, regulation, or price comparison.

Assessment

What it means for your specific product, volume and risk tolerance.

Recommendation

What to do next, and what it costs to be wrong.
