When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and the description of your enquiry that you provide.
The website also collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in order to operate and secure the site.
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you separately ask to receive it.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twelve months. Data relating to an engagement is retained for as long as required by Danish accounting law.
Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting as data processors under written agreement.
